You will be responsible for interacting with customers within the Repair Center, providing inside support for the Repair Center team, and working closely with the Repair Center Supervisor to keep the Repair Center running efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some technical customer service experience or strong mechanical aptitude
  • Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and CRM

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in an industrial environment with continuous walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and kneeling
  • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, both internally and externally
  • Have excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and can multi-task and prioritize
  • Previous experience with pumps, compressors, and vacuum equipment is an asset but not required

Your daily work in this role will include:

  • Open work orders for all Repair Center jobs
  • Prepare service orders and ensure required parts are available for Repair Center Technicians
  • Take service phone calls and emails from customers
  • Assist with billing and maintaining open order report
  • Maintain service schedule for the Repair Center
  • Provide recommendations to Repair Center Supervisor when preparing Repair Center quotations
  • Process customer parts orders and returns
  • Assist with warranty processing and resolution
  • Maintain Repair Center organization and flow of material and work
