Becker questions, answered first
Is Brabazon actually an authorized Becker distributor?
Yes, Brabazon is an authorized Becker distributor and repair center. We supply Becker equipment and provide repair support. This is different from brands such as Kaishan and Dekker that we service but do not distribute.
Can you rebuild my Becker pump instead of replacing it?
Brabazon offers in-shop rebuild support for Becker equipment. Send the model and symptoms so a technician can assess whether repair or replacement is the better fit.
Will you come to my plant to service a Becker pump?
Yes, our technicians perform field service on Becker equipment from 7 branches, and emergency calls are answered 24/7 at 800.825.3222. Our average on-site emergency response is under 2 hours.
Can I get a rental vacuum pump while my Becker unit is in the shop?
Vacuum pumps are part of Brabazon's rental inventory. Ask about a suitable rental during your rebuild; equipment compatibility and availability must be confirmed before you remove the pump.
